Canon announced the launch of the Canon PowerShot SX210 IS camera who will compete the TZ series from Panasonic. The optical objective of Canon PowerShot SX210 IS offers a 14x zoom and a minimum focal length of 28 mm. Unfortunately behind the objective is a small sensor of 14.1 MP, which affect the image quality.
The camera allows filming at 1280×720 resolution with 30 frames per second and is equipped with a dedicated button and two microphones for stereo sound. The Canon PowerShot SX210 IS uses SD / SDHC / SDXC memory cards and has a weight of 220 grams with batteries. The Canon PowerShot SX210 IS will be available in three colors: black, gold and purple and will have a price of 330 euros.
