Samsung ST10 is a digital camera that was released recently and its great feature is that it’s the first camera in the world to come with face recognition. This digital camera can recognize the faces of people that are in the shot, remember how often you take photos with them and even prioritize them when you take photos. I haven’t got a chance at testing this feature yet, but it sounds absolutely great.

The ST10 comes with a 9 megapixel sensor, a touch screen LCD that is 3 inches in size, a multimedia player that is built-in and can play MP3s, an angle/composition guide, smart scene recognition and digital image stabilization. The price of this digital camera is £179 (around $270).

The MX20 is the first compact digital camcorder by Samsung that applies the H.264 CODEC to SD camcorders. In other words, you will be able to transfer video files on the Internet much faster than before keeping the video quality.

The camera boasts with Schneider lens with 34x optical zoom along with Hyper Digital Image Stabilization, a memory card slot for SD/SDHC and MMC+ cards and a beautiful 2.7” LCD display that will work perfectly even in direct sunlight.

The Samsung MX20 will hit the stores no later than September in white, red, black and blue color versions.

Both cameras are built with titanium bodies displaying proudly the crest of Chelsea. The NV4 features a 2.5-inch LCD screen, a 3x zoom, digital image stabilization and red-eye fix technology while the L100 boasts with intelligent face recognition technology in addition to all the above.

The cameras are already available on the market for £150 ($300) the NV4 and £100 ($200) the L100.
